I grew up thinking food was something to control, restrict, or feel guilty about.

I spent years trying every diet under the sun—low-carb, low-fat, high-protein, detoxes, you name it. And guess what? None of them worked.

So, I took a different route. I earned my degree in nutrition, dove deep into the science (turns out, food isn’t the enemy), and learned how to help people actually enjoy eating without overthinking every bite.

Now, as a registered dietitian and the founder of Savvy Spoon Nutrition, my mission is simple: to help you feel good about food again. No guilt. No weird rules. Just real, joyful, sustainable eating.
